# Data Subject Request

You can use the form below to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") with the data controller, Internetten Bilişim A.Ş. (the "Company").

## Who Can Apply?

- Individuals whose personal data is processed by the Company (data subjects).
- Legal representatives (parents or guardians), or attorneys holding a power of attorney with specific authority, applying on someone else's behalf. In this case, we will ask for a document proving authority to act.

Requests about personal data processed for our group companies' products and services should go directly to the company concerned. These companies (Internetten Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Cetvel Yazılım A.Ş., Sign Bilişim ve Sanayi A.Ş. and Wislog Lojistik Ltd. Şti.) are separate data controllers.

## What Your Application Must Include

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller, your application must be in Turkish and include:

- your full name,
- your Turkish ID number if you are a Turkish citizen; if you are a foreign national, your nationality and passport number or, if any, your identity number,
- your residential or business address for official notifications,
- your email address and phone number for notifications,
- the subject of your request: state clearly which right you wish to exercise and what you are asking for.

Foreign nationals should state their nationality in the request description.

## Other Ways to Apply

Instead of the form, you can also apply:

- **In writing:** Hand-deliver your signed (wet-ink) application to Sultan Orhan Mah. İlyasbey Cad. 1117 Sk. No:6, 41400 Gebze / Kocaeli, or send it by registered mail with return receipt or through a notary.
- **With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature:** Send your signed application to satis@internetten.com.tr.
- **From your registered email address:** Write to satis@internetten.com.tr from an email address you have previously given to the Company and that is registered in our systems.

## How We Handle Your Request

- **Application date:** For applications made through the form or by email, this is the date the application reaches the Company. For written applications, it is the date the document is delivered to the Company.
- **Timing and fees:** We will conclude your request within **30 days** at the latest, free of charge. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
- **Identity verification:** To prevent your personal data from being disclosed to unauthorised persons, we may ask for additional information or documents to confirm that the applicant is the data subject. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfil your request.
- **Response:** We will reply in writing or electronically, taking your preferred channel into account.
- **Right to complain:** If your request is refused, you find our response insufficient, or we do not respond in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Art. 14 of the Law). The deadline is 30 days from the date you learn of our response, and in any event 60 days from the date of your application.

## How We Process Your Personal Data

The data you provide in this form is processed only to receive your application, verify your identity, assess and answer your request, and keep evidence of the process. The legal grounds are Article 5(2)(ç) and (e) of the Law.

Form data is not stored in a database on the Site. It is sent to the Company by email through Google LLC's Gmail SMTP service, which involves a transfer abroad. For details, see our [Privacy Notice](/en/privacy-notice).
