Cetvel is cloud management software for internet service providers and SMEs. It starts with online CRM and pre-accounting: customer relationships, collections, invoices and quotes, e-invoice and e-archive, and bank and virtual POS integrations, all run from the same cloud panel.

WiRadius is the ISP subscriber management platform built on top of it. It syncs with your RADIUS server and holds subscriber balances and payment history, orders and quotes, stock and warehouse, and legal reporting to BTK, Türkiye's telecom regulator. Over TR-069, subscriber ONTs can be managed, restarted and configured remotely.

Alongside the web panel there is a field app for iOS and Android. Technicians use it on site to handle tasks, subscribers and devices, collect payments and issue digital receipts. More than 100 ISPs running wired, wireless, VAE, fiber and metro services use WiRadius.

## How it works

1. **Register the subscriber**: Applications arrive through the panel, the field app or a web service on your website. The subscriber is created in sync with RADIUS.
2. **Activate the service**: The field team picks up the job in the mobile app. The subscriber's ONT is configured remotely over TR-069.
3. **Invoice and collect**: Invoices go out as e-invoice or e-archive. Payment comes in by bank, virtual POS, online payment or NFC in the field.
4. **Report**: Follow balance, payment, work order and infrastructure reports in the panel. BTK legal reports are prepared there too.
