A new ISP subscriber
The line is drawn in WiMap and the equipment comes from wi.com.tr. The contract is signed in Sign with a Turkish ID card and the subscriber is created in Cetvel/WiRadius. Later support requests come in through WiChat.
An ISP or a hotel rarely uses just one product. Here are examples of which products are used together for which job.

Guests connect to Wi-Fi through WiPoint and login records are kept. Their questions are answered through WiChat. Once carecode launches, the QR code on the table will link to the same business.
The field team registers the subscriber in the Cetvel mobile app and gets the contract signed at the door with Sign. The installed modem is taken off stock and the customer gets an update via WiChat.
Energy analysers and sensors are installed on site and the data is monitored in Metrik (coming soon). Logs from network devices are collected in Syslog. The hardware comes from wi.com.tr.
The fiber route or wireless link is drawn on the map. Quantities and the bill of materials come from here.
Hardware ships from stock. Wislog handles international or urgent shipments.
Subscribers, modems, payments and field jobs are tracked in Cetvel and WiRadius.
The subscription contract is signed at the door with a Turkish ID card.
Guest logins are verified in WiPoint. Device logs are stored in Syslog.
Requests from WhatsApp, Instagram and phone land in the same list in WiChat.
Energy use and sensor readings are monitored in Metrik.
Most products started from requests we got from customers during distribution and project work.
Most products can be connected to other systems through APIs and webhooks.
Requirements of Law 5651, KVKK and Law 5070 are taken into account when the products are designed.
The software is developed in Türkiye. Support and training come from the same teams.
