Overview
We have been distributing MikroTik's RouterOS-based gear in Türkiye since 1999.
MikroTik was founded in 1996 in Riga, Latvia, and makes routers, switches and wireless equipment. Every product runs the company's own operating system, RouterOS. A small office router, a multi-core Cloud Core Router and the Cloud Hosted Router (CHR) edition on an x86 server or virtual machine all use the same software and are configured the same way.
Routing, firewall, PPPoE and hotspot servers, VPN, traffic shaping, wireless access and central access point management are all part of RouterOS. The licence comes with the hardware, so ISPs, hotels, schools and industrial sites can run the same platform at the core and at the edge.
We started as a MikroTik distributor in 1999 and are now the brand's master distributor in Türkiye. Sales go through wi.com.tr, the platform of our group company Internetten Teknoloji. We ship routers, switches, wireless and LTE/5G products and accessories from stock and handle warranty claims. Our technical team gives pre-sales advice and helps with network design for ISP, hotel and enterprise projects. MikroTik training programmes are listed on wi.com.tr as well.

How do warranty and repair processes work?
Internetten Teknoloji handles warranty and repairs in Türkiye for products bought on wi.com.tr. Terms can vary by product, so check the product page or ask the sales team before you buy.
Do I need to buy a RouterOS licence separately?
No. MikroTik hardware ships with a RouterOS licence at a level set per model. The Cloud Hosted Router (CHR), which runs on x86 servers or virtual machines, needs a separate licence.
Do MikroTik devices work with hotspot and RADIUS-based systems?
Yes. RouterOS supports hotspot, PPPoE, RADIUS and syslog, so the devices can connect to RADIUS-based subscriber management and logging systems. The WiPoint guest Wi-Fi platform also runs directly on MikroTik infrastructure.
Can I get MikroTik training?
