This Privacy Policy gives an overview of how Internetten Bilişim A.Ş. (the "Company") handles your privacy and information security on the website https://internetten.com.tr (the "Site").

Details of how your personal data is processed are in our Privacy Notice: the data processed, purposes, legal grounds, transfers, retention periods and your rights. If this Policy and the Privacy Notice differ, the Privacy Notice prevails.

Our Principles

We process your personal data in line with the principles in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"). These principles are:

• lawfulness and fairness,
• accuracy and, where necessary, keeping data up to date,
• processing for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
• being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes of processing,
• keeping data only for the period required by law or needed for the purpose.

In line with these principles, we aim to collect only the data we genuinely need and not to keep it longer than necessary.

What Data Do We Process on the Site?

In summary:

• Server logs: When you visit the Site, technical information is recorded, such as your IP address, date and time, the requested page, browser information and referring page. These logs are kept for security and legal obligations.
• Forms: Information you submit through the contact, careers and data subject request forms is not stored in a database on the Site. It is sent to the Company by email through Google LLC's Gmail SMTP service.
• Form security: Forms are protected against bots and spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Cookies: Only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage items are used. No analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies are used.
• Embedded content: The Site contains no embedded third-party content, such as videos, maps or social media plugins.

We do not sell or rent personal data obtained through the Site, or share it with third parties for advertising.

Cookies

The Site uses only cookies and browser storage items that are strictly necessary for the Site to work and for form security. The list of items used, and how to delete them, is in our Cookie Policy.

Information Security

Under Article 12 of the Law, we take the necessary technical and organisational measures. Our aim is to provide an appropriate level of security that prevents unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data, and keeps the data safe. Some of these measures are:

• encrypting communication between the Site and your browser (HTTPS),
• protecting forms against automated attacks with Cloudflare Turnstile,
• logging server access and monitoring security events,
• not keeping form data in a database on the Site, which reduces the amount of data stored,
• limiting access to personal data to authorised staff who need it for their work,
• keeping systems and software up to date.

No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If personal data is obtained by others through unlawful means, we will notify the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Board as soon as possible, as required by Article 12(5) of the Law.

Group Companies and Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to the websites of our group companies, their products, and the brands distributed by the group.

Our group companies are separate legal entities. Each is a separate data controller for its own products, services and websites, and publishes its own privacy notices there:

The content and privacy practices of linked websites are outside the scope of this Policy, and the Company is not responsible for them. We recommend reading their privacy notices before using those websites.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the data you share is also subject to Meta's terms and privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are under 18, please do not send us personal information through the forms; if needed, contact us through your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have a number of rights over your personal data, such as the rights to request information, correction, deletion and to object. Your rights and how to apply are set out in our Privacy Notice. You can also apply through the Data Subject Request form.

Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in legislation, the Site or our processing practices. The current version applies from the date it is published on the Site. The date of the last update is shown on the page.
