WiMap

Fiber & Wireless Network Planning

Who is WiMap built for?

ISPs building wireless and fiber networks, field and project teams, and infrastructure contractors. Public bodies and industrial sites planning their own campus or facility network can use it too.

What do I need to use WiMap?

A browser and a wi.tr account. You sign in at map.wi.tr. WiMap is in beta, so some modules are still being built.

How is wireless link feasibility assessed?

WiMap checks line of sight and the Fresnel zone between two points against SRTM terrain elevation data. You get a feasibility result, engineering recommendations and coverage and RSSI heat maps. SRTM has no buildings or trees in it, so critical links should still be verified on site.

Can I design GPON networks?

Not yet. The GPON/Fiber module, with OLT → splitter → ONU design, optical power budget, fiber colour and tube schemes and segment management, is coming soon. Today you can design the node, duct, cable and splice closure layer of a fiber project and get the bill of quantities and material list.

What outputs can I get from a design?

A bill of quantities (BOQ), bill of materials (BOM) and PDF engineering report. KMZ import brings existing routes into a project, and KMZ export lets you open the design in other mapping tools.

Where can I source the equipment for my planned network?

Through wi.com.tr. It sells the V-SOL, MikroTik, Ubiquiti and RF Elements products that Internetten Teknoloji distributes, plus the group's own WINET brand. Our technical team can help with your project.

WiPoint

Guest Wi-Fi, Hotspot & Law 5651 Logging

Which businesses does Law No. 5651 cover?

Any business that offers internet access to guests or visitors. Hotels, cafés, restaurants, schools, hospitals, dormitories and malls count as collective-use providers and must store access records as the regulation requires. WiPoint keeps those records for you.

Which hardware does WiPoint work with?

FreeRADIUS-compatible infrastructure, mainly MikroTik and Ubiquiti. Locations connect to the core over a WireGuard tunnel, so you do not install a separate server.

How long are logs retained?

2 years. Each session record is sealed with an RFC 3161 timestamp and stays unaltered in the archive for that period.

Can we customise the captive portal with our brand?

Yes. You set the logo, colours, campaign visuals and text, and each branch can have its own portal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can try WiPoint free for 7 days. You can also apply to the reseller and partner programme.

Syslog

Cloud & On-Premises Log Management

Which devices does Syslog work with?

Any brand or model that sends standard syslog. That covers MikroTik and Ubiquiti gear, firewalls, managed switches, access points and servers that can send syslog.

Are logs only kept in the cloud?

No. Syslog can also be installed on your own server, and log management and storage then run there. We can look at your infrastructure and help you pick the right model.

How are cloud packages sized and how long are logs retained?

By online clients: 25, 50, 100, 200, 300 or 400. Every package includes cloud logging, 2 years of retention, the management panel, search, analysis and reporting. For other user counts we prepare an enterprise package.

Does Syslog help with log retention under Law No. 5651?

It supports log retention by keeping device logs central and redundant. Law 5651 details such as timestamping and reporting need to be assessed for your specific setup. For businesses offering guest internet, timestamped hotspot logging is done by WiPoint.

What is the difference between Syslog and WiPoint?

WiPoint is for guest Wi-Fi: it manages hotspot locations, authenticates users and keeps session records. Syslog is general-purpose log management for the system and event logs from routers, firewalls, switches and servers. You can run both on the same network.

How are syslog messages sent from devices?

The syslog standard (RFC 3164 and RFC 5424) normally uses UDP port 514. TCP can be used for reliable delivery and TLS for encryption. Which transport your devices use is set during setup, based on your infrastructure.

Cetvel

ISP & SME Management: CRM, Pre-Accounting & WiRadius

What is the difference between Cetvel and WiRadius?

Cetvel is the general layer that also serves SMEs: CRM, pre-accounting, e-invoice and bank integrations. WiRadius is the ISP subscriber management platform built on top of it, adding what operators need, such as RADIUS sync, TR-069, BTK reporting and a field app.

Which service types does WiRadius support?

Wired, wireless, VAE, fiber and metro. Subscribers are managed in sync with the RADIUS server, and more than 100 ISPs use WiRadius.

Can we manage subscribers' modems remotely?

Yes. With TR-069, subscriber ONTs can be managed, restarted and configured from the panel. Many faults can be fixed without a site visit.

What can field teams do in the mobile app?

They manage tasks, subscribers and devices, collect invoice, cash and partial payments, take virtual POS or NFC contactless payments and issue digital receipts. QR operations, pre-applications, POP points, location and complaint tracking are also in the iOS and Android app.

Does WiRadius integrate with other systems?

Yes. There are documented JSON web services, secured with an IP allow-list and company-specific access codes, plus a NetGSM virtual PBX integration. The services cover subscriber and balance lookup by phone number and fault ticket creation from channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or a virtual PBX, along with online subscription sign-up, bank collections and address and infrastructure queries.

WiChat

Omnichannel Customer Messaging & AI Assistant

Which channels does WiChat support?

WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp Personal, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, a WebChat widget on your site and phone (VoIP). All conversations land in the same inbox.

Can the AI assistant answer phone calls?

Yes. Once your PBX is connected, the assistant answers the call, talks with the customer, checks your CRM for the answer and transfers to an operator when needed. The call is transcribed and saved in the panel.

What happens if a customer writes or speaks in another language?

The translation bridge handles it automatically. A Turkish translation appears under the incoming message, and when the operator replies in Turkish the customer gets the reply in their own language. On phone calls the same translation works by voice.

Can we connect it to our own CRM or ERP?

Yes. Connect it with a service key and webhooks, then map the assistant's tools to your own API endpoints. The assistant pulls subscriber, order, balance or fault data straight from your system.

Do we need a technical team to set it up?

No. Channels are connected step by step in the panel, with no server or software to install. You authorise WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger with your Facebook account and add one line of code to your site for WebChat.

Can I start for free, and how is pricing set?

You can open an account for free and look around the panel. Package contents and price depend on the number of channels and operators, and on features such as the AI assistant, voice, translation and bulk sending.

Sign

E-Signature & Document Verification

Do our customers need to buy an e-signature certificate?

No. Customers sign with their chip-enabled Turkish ID card and PIN. A qualified electronic certificate (NES) is only used where the flow calls for it, for example for operators and authorised signatories.

How can a signed document be verified years later?

The evidence needed to verify it is stored inside the file. At PAdES-B-LTA level the certificate chain, validity and revocation evidence and an archive timestamp are embedded, so the signature still checks out after the certificates expire. Each document also has a shareable verification link and QR code.

Is the private key sent to the server?

No. The server only prepares the document hash and the signature value is generated inside the card, so signing on the server is technically impossible. PINs are never logged at any layer.

Can we check PDFs signed on another platform?

Yes. Upload the PDF to the free document analysis tool to see whether its signatures, certificate chain and timestamps are valid.

Can we integrate Sign with our own software?

Yes. There is a REST API with Swagger (OpenAPI) documentation and a Postman collection, and a webhook fires on every status change. You can send documents for signing from your own panel and build custom signing chains through the API.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New portal accounts get 20 free contracts for the first month. No installation or credit card is needed, and there is no obligation if you stop.

carecode

QR Menu & QR Code Communication

What is carecode?

A QR communication platform Internetten Teknoloji is developing. It will combine restaurant QR menus, QR codes for other uses and QR-based communication systems.

Is carecode available yet?

Not yet. Features, packages and terms will be settled closer to launch. Follow carecode.com.tr for updates.

What is the difference between a QR code and a QR menu?

A QR code is a two-dimensional code that carries a link or a piece of information. A QR menu is the digital menu that opens on the guest's phone when that code is scanned. carecode is being designed as a wider QR code and communication platform that includes the menu.

Will carecode work together with WiPoint and WiChat?

carecode is being developed in the same product family as WiPoint and WiChat. Which connections to them make it into the first release will be confirmed before launch.

Which businesses is it intended for?

Mainly restaurants, cafés and similar food and beverage businesses. Hotel restaurants and other accommodation businesses that host guests can use QR-based guest communication too.

Metrik

IoT Energy & Sensor Monitoring

Which communication protocols does Metrik work with?

NB-IoT, Modbus, MQTT, LoRaWAN and LoRa. Sensors on mobile networks, industrial meters, IP-based devices and low-power sensor networks spread over large areas can then be managed on the same platform.

Which values can I monitor?

It depends on the sensors you connect. For energy, typical values are consumption, voltage, current and power factor. For greenhouses and livestock, temperature, humidity, soil moisture, CO₂ and water level.

Which protocol suits my site?

Roughly: NB-IoT for scattered points with mobile coverage, LoRaWAN for battery-powered sensors over large areas, Modbus for existing industrial meters and analysers, and MQTT for IP-connected devices. Our team can help you choose for your site.

Can WINET energy products be used with Metrik?

Ask our team for current compatibility details. WINET is the group's own brand, and wi.com.tr sells products such as the WN-S-U100A Wi-Fi smart 3-phase energy analyser and protection relay and the WN-S-L6 Wi-Fi smart energy protection and metering relay.

Is Metrik available yet?
