WiRadius is cloud software ISPs use to manage subscribers, devices, field work and collections.
WiRadius is a cloud subscriber management system for internet service providers, running on web and mobile. It is developed in Türkiye by our group company Cetvel Yazılım A.Ş. Providers offering wired, wireless, bitstream (VAE), fiber and metro services use it to run subscriber, device, field and finance operations on the same platform.
RADIUS synchronisation controls subscriber access and speed profiles, and TR-069 integration lets you configure ONTs and modems remotely. Debt and payment history, pre-accounting, e-invoice and e-archive, orders, quotes, stock and warehouse management, and regulatory reports for BTK (Türkiye's ICT authority) all run in the same panel. The NetGSM virtual PBX integration records calls and lets staff add notes, so customer requests can be tracked. SMS and an API connect it to other systems.
With the field mobile app, technical teams handle tasks and subscriber operations, device management, cash desk and cash collection, virtual POS and NFC contactless payments, QR code operations and POP tracking on site. WiRadius sits alongside Cetvel, WiChat and Sign among our group's software products.

Which network types is WiRadius suited for?
ISPs offering wired, wireless, bitstream (VAE), fiber and metro services. Subscriber, device, field and finance operations are managed in the same panel whatever the access technology.
Do I need to set up my own server?
No. WiRadius runs in the cloud on web and mobile, so the management panel and field app need no separate application server. The connection to your RADIUS and network devices is planned with you during onboarding.
Which payment methods are supported?
Virtual POS and online payments through banks and payment providers such as Akbank, Halkbank, İş Bankası, Payten, Paynet and PayNkolay. The field app also takes cash collections and NFC contactless payments.
How does WiRadius differ from RADIUS software such as DMA Radius Manager?
Traditional RADIUS software focuses on authentication and billing and is usually installed on your own server. WiRadius runs in the cloud and adds TR-069 device management, pre-accounting and e-invoicing, stock, a field mobile app, virtual PBX and BTK reporting.
