This English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the Turkish version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the website https://internetten.com.tr (the "Site"), operated by Internetten Bilişim A.Ş. (the "Company").

Site Owner Information

Acceptance of the Terms

By visiting or using the Site, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Information on how your personal data is processed is in our Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Nature of the Content

• Content on the Site is published for general information and promotional purposes. It covers the Company, group companies, products, brands, solutions and industries.
• No content, including the knowledge base, glossary and FAQ, is a substitute for technical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• Site content does not constitute an offer, commitment or warranty. A binding offer or contract can only be made in writing with the relevant company or through the relevant sales channel.
• We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always current.
• Content may be changed or removed without prior notice.

Product Information, Prices and Purchases

Product and brand information on the Site is for promotional purposes. No online sales take place on the Site.

Current technical specifications, stock availability, prices, promotions and terms of sale are on the relevant product websites (for example, wi.com.tr). They are set by the group companies that offer those products and services.

Purchases, registrations and other transactions on those websites are governed by each website's own terms of use, sales agreements and privacy notices. If information on the Site differs from the product website, the current information on the product website prevails.

Intellectual Property

• Site content: Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, images, graphics, software and other content of the Site belong to Internetten Bilişim A.Ş. They are protected by applicable legislation, in particular the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the Industrial Property Law No. 6769.
• Permitted use: You may view the content for personal, non-commercial information purposes. Without the Company's prior written permission, the content may not be copied, distributed, modified, adapted, communicated to the public or used commercially.
• Group company brands: Product names, trademarks and logos of group companies, such as WiPoint, Syslog, WiMap, Metrik, carecode, Cetvel, WiRadius, WiChat, Sign and Wislog, belong to their respective right holders.
• Third-party brands: MikroTik, Ubiquiti, V-SOL, RF Elements, DMA Softlab, netElastic and other third-party brand names, logos and product names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are used on the Site only to indicate the group's distribution relationships with these brands and to identify products. This use does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement beyond that relationship. Nor does it grant the Company any rights in these marks.

Prohibited Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site for purposes that are unlawful, immoral or contrary to these Terms,
• compromise the security of the Site or its servers, attempt unauthorised access, scan for vulnerabilities, or try to bypass security measures, including Cloudflare Turnstile,
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or code that may disrupt the Site,
• collect content or data using automated means that overload the Site, such as bots, spiders or scrapers,
• use the forms to send spam, bulk or misleading messages,
• provide false information in forms, impersonate another person, or share other people's personal data without authority,
• display Site content in a frame without permission or use it in a way that suggests a connection with the Company,
• infringe the intellectual property or personality rights of the Company, group companies or third parties.

If these rules are breached, the Company reserves the right to restrict access and take legal action. The provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237 on cybercrime and other applicable legislation remain reserved.

Forms and Communication

Sending a message through a form does not create a contract between you and the Company. Nor does it commit the Company to reply within a particular time; statutory deadlines for data subject requests still apply.

Personal data you submit through forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

• The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available".
• The Company does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malware. Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical faults.
• The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from:
  • use of, or inability to use, the Site,
  • decisions made on the basis of Site content,
  • the content or practices of linked third-party websites,
  • unlawful acts of third parties, cyberattacks, or technical problems beyond the Company's control.
• Under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, these limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Company. Mandatory provisions of law also remain reserved.

The Site contains links to the websites of our group companies, our products and the brands distributed by the group. These links are provided for convenience only.

The content, security, terms of use and privacy practices of linked websites are the responsibility of those websites. Our group companies are separate data controllers for their own websites. We recommend reading a linked website's terms and privacy notices before using it.

Changes

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current Terms apply from the date they are published on the Site, and the date of the last update is shown on the page. By continuing to use the Site after an update, you accept the current Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Gebze (Kocaeli) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or from use of the Site.

The rights of users acting as consumers under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved. Mandatory jurisdiction rules of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 also remain reserved.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
