We sell network, Wi-Fi and fiber optic equipment to resellers and end users, with warranty and technical support.
wi.com.tr is the online store for the Internetten group's distribution business, selling both B2B and B2C. We started distributing MikroTik in 1999 and have worked with Ubiquiti since 2009. Our buyers here are internet service providers, system integrators, resellers and end users.
The catalogue covers network devices, Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 gear, active GPON equipment (OLT/ONU/ONT), fiber optic cable, SFP modules, splitter systems, ODF and patch panels, field equipment, and test and measurement instruments. Our own brand, WINET, supplies fiber connectors and field accessories. WINET also makes smart home and energy products such as Wi-Fi energy analysers and protection relays.
We are the Türkiye master distributor for V-SOL, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, RF Elements, DMA Softlab and netElastic. Everything we sell is licensed stock bought through authorised channels, and we handle warranty and technical support ourselves. Companies that apply as resellers get special pricing. How do I apply as a reseller, and what are the benefits?
Use the reseller application form in your wi.com.tr account. Resellers get special prices on MikroTik products and special rates on V-SOL GPON/OLT equipment.
When is my order shipped and when will it arrive?
In-stock items ordered by 15:00 ship the same day. Delivery takes one business day in Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa and Kocaeli, 1–2 business days in other metropolitan cities, 2–3 business days to districts and villages, and 3–5 business days to islands and remote areas. Heavy and bulky items go by freight or cargo.
Are the products licensed and under warranty?
Yes. We buy original products through authorised channels. You can check warranty on the warranty page by serial number or MAC address and follow service cases by form or tracking number.
What is the returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, and you open the request under Account > Orders. Licences and software with used activation codes, made-to-order items and technical products with a broken seal cannot be returned. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the item being received back.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Troy and American Express cards with 3D Secure, or bank transfer.
