Overview
Ubiquiti makes UniFi for local networks and UISP for operator infrastructure.
Ubiquiti was founded in the United States in 2003 and is now headquartered in New York. Its range splits into two platforms: UniFi for business, campus and hospitality networks, and UISP for internet service providers.
UniFi manages gateways, switches, Wi-Fi access points and UniFi Protect camera systems from one interface, with no licence fees. On the UISP side, airMAX handles point-to-multipoint wireless access, airFiber and Wave provide high-capacity point-to-point links, and UFiber (UISP Fiber) covers GPON-based fiber access. These devices can be monitored and managed from the UISP software.
We have sold Ubiquiti in Türkiye since 2009 and are now the brand's master distributor. Orders go through wi.com.tr, the platform of our group company Internetten Teknoloji. We ship from stock, handle warranty claims and help with product selection and configuration. For wireless ISP networks and hotel or campus Wi-Fi projects, we also help with site surveys and network design.

Where can I buy Ubiquiti products?

What is the difference between UniFi and UISP?
UniFi is for the local network of one organisation, such as an office, hotel or school. UISP is for service providers delivering wireless or fiber internet to subscribers. An ISP can run UISP in its own network and UniFi in the local networks of the organisations it serves.
Do Ubiquiti devices work with the WiPoint hotspot platform?
Yes. The WiPoint guest Wi-Fi platform works with Ubiquiti infrastructure. Sites connect to the core over a WireGuard tunnel, and WiPoint handles Law 5651 logging.
Can I get help choosing products for a wireless link project?
Yes. Our technical team looks at distance, frequency, capacity and line of sight and helps you choose and configure airMAX, airFiber or Wave. Radios such as the Rocket Prism 5AC and airFiber 5X can also be fitted to RF elements horn antennas with a TwistPort adaptor.
How does warranty handling work?
Internetten Teknoloji handles warranty and repairs in Türkiye for Ubiquiti products bought on wi.com.tr. Terms can vary by product, so please confirm them before you buy.
