Sign Bilişim was set up to move contract and document work that relied on wet signatures to electronic channels. The company runs and oversees electronic signature and e-documentation processes.

Sign Bilişim is not an electronic certificate service provider and does not issue certificates. Signatures are made with the customer's chip-based Turkish ID card or with qualified electronic certificates obtained from providers authorised by BTK. Sign manages the signing order, timestamp and archive steps for these signatures and keeps documents verifiable years later. It is used in telecom, finance, insurance and HR, among others.
