Internet Service ProvidersHardware, subscriber management, network planning and logging for ISPs and WISPs.
MikroTik, V-SOL and netElastic hardware, WiRadius subscriber management, WiMap network planning (beta) and central logging for ISPs and WISPs.
Overview
Running an ISP in Türkiye means handling fiber and wireless access while also dealing with subscriber sign-ups, billing, device management and obligations to the regulator, BTK. A small WISP and a regional fiber operator end up facing the same decisions as they grow: which hardware and software to pick, and who to rely on for support.
We started in 1999 as a MikroTik distributor. Today we supply hardware, technical support and software to more than 100 internet service providers. For access and backbone we carry MikroTik, Ubiquiti, V-SOL and RF Elements. netElastic covers software-based BNG and CGNAT, and WiRadius handles subscribers and field work.
These tools are built to work together. You can plan the site in WiMap (beta), buy the equipment on wi.com.tr and manage subscribers in WiRadius. Contracts are signed electronically with Sign, and device logs go to Syslog.
Industry needs
- 01
Subscriber and billing overhead
When sign-ups, plan changes, collections, e-invoices and BTK reports each live in a different tool, errors pile up and staff workload climbs fast.
- 02
IPv4 scarcity and BNG capacity
Public IPv4 addresses are expensive and in short supply. As the subscriber base grows, PPPoE/IPoE session termination and the CGNAT layer have to scale with it.
- 03
Fiber and wireless network planning
If line-of-sight, Fresnel zone, duct route and splice closure calculations are spread across separate files, the surprises show up in the field and cost money.
- 04
Regulatory records and traceability
Law No. 5651 requires access providers to retain traffic data with its accuracy, integrity and confidentiality preserved. For subscribers behind CGNAT, complete records matter even more.
- 05
Contracts and field operations
A growing ISP loses the most time on wet-signed subscription contracts, coordinating install crews and managing customer devices remotely.

- wi.com.trB2B/B2C Network & Fiber Optic StoreWe supply MikroTik, Ubiquiti, V-SOL, RF Elements, DMA Softlab and netElastic products from stock, with distributor backing and technical support. OLT/ONU, PTMP antennas, SFP modules and BNG software all come from one supplier.Learn more
- WiMapFiber & Wireless Network PlanningWiMap (beta) plans PTP/PTMP links with Fresnel and line-of-sight analysis and fiber routes down to duct, cable and splice level, then exports quantities and bills of materials as PDF and KMZ. A GPON design module is on the roadmap.Learn more
- SyslogCloud & On-Premises Log ManagementLogs from routers, BNGs, OLTs and security appliances are collected in one place, in the cloud or on your own server, and kept for 2 years. When a fault or a record request comes in, you search the logs and pull a report.Learn more
- SignE-Signature & Document VerificationCustomers sign subscription contracts and commitment forms with a Turkish ID card or qualified certificate, as a secure electronic signature under Law No. 5070. Sign connects to your subscriber system over an API.Learn more

Frequently asked questions
Which brands do you supply for ISPs?
MikroTik, Ubiquiti, V-SOL, RF Elements, DMA Softlab and netElastic, plus our own brand WINET and our group product WiRadius. Our technical team helps with product selection for fiber (GPON) access, wireless PTP/PTMP, backbone routers and software-based BNG.
Will WiRadius work with our existing network?
It is designed for access devices that support RADIUS, and that includes gear widely used by ISPs such as MikroTik. We suggest planning the migration from your current system with our team, based on how your subscriber data is structured.
As an ISP using CGNAT, how should we handle our records?
Keep records of which subscriber used which public IP address and port block at what time, with their accuracy, integrity and confidentiality preserved as Law No. 5651 and related regulations require. Syslog collects these records centrally and makes them searchable and reportable. For the exact scope of your obligations, go by current BTK regulations and your legal counsel.
How should we plan the move from wireless to fiber?
Gradually, in most cases: GPON goes into dense areas while wireless keeps serving scattered ones for a while. In WiMap (beta) you can put existing wireless links and planned fiber routes on the same map and build a phased investment plan around V-SOL OLT/ONU and MikroTik backbone equipment. WiMap's GPON design module is on the roadmap.
Are subscription contracts signed electronically valid?
Yes. Under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, a secure electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one, except in the cases the law lists. Sign supports signing with Turkish ID cards and qualified certificates, RFC 3161 timestamps and PAdES-B-LTA archiving, and we recommend checking the BTK rules for subscription processes as well.
